Lifetime Medical Care is dedicated to optimizing the quality of your healthcare through a mutual team approach to health and wellness. Each and every professional that provides services at our practice - from medical assistants and nurse practitioners to technicians and administrative staff, are dedicated to your good health and wellness.
With a strong focus on educating individuals about their health, we strive to give patients the tools they need to acquire ownership of their path to wellness. Together we can develop an individualized treatment plan and preventative health goals that will enable you to lead a healthy life.
Shelly Damschroder FNP-C
With a foundation consisting of an Associates of Science degree in Nursing and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Education with an emphasis in Health Education.
Shelly began setting the framework for her approach to medicine. Obtaining 30 years of RN experience, mainly in critical and emergency care, Shelly fine-tuned her skills to deliver quality care to patients. Ultimately, this experience would lead Shelly to pursue a Master's of Nursing degree in Family Nurse Practitioner. After working five years at the VA hospital,
Shelly set out to open her own practice to ensure patients receive adequate time and support to discuss health issues and diverse approaches to achieving wellness. Through the years, Shelly has developed specialized training in: Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, management of hypertension, cholesterol management, diabetes, asthma, depression, and anxiety.
She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, gardening and walking with her dogs, Zuzu and Miley.
